The Company is well aware of its social mission with regard to protecting all the personal information that it handles and endeavors to comply with the laws and regulations relating to protecting the rights of individuals to which the personal information belongs as well as their personal information.

Furthermore, we have created management systems for personal information protection to embody the policy indicated below, and hereby declares that the entire company is involved in continuing improvement, while always keeping aware of trends in the latest IT technology, changes in demands in society, changes in the management environment, and other developments.

  • 1. With regard to using and providing personal information, the Company limits this to the extent required for legitimate business activities for developing and conducting sales and management of reservation systems for eating and drinking establishments, as well as the engagement of workers and personnel management. It does not handle personal information in a way that exceeds the extent required to accomplish the specified purposes for using the information (use outside its intended purposes). Furthermore, it has put in place measures to ensure personal information is not used outside its intended purpose.
  • 2. It obeys laws and ordinances to protect personal information, and the polices set forth by the government and other norms.
  • 3. In regard to the risks of leakage, loss, corruption, and other treatment of the personal information, it puts in place reasonable safety measures and commits management resources conforming to the actual circumstances of the business to prevent such occurrences, as well as continually enhancing personal information security systems. Furthermore, it will take prompt corrective action in the unlikely event the above-mentioned events occur.
  • 4. Complaints and consultations relating to the handling of personal information are attended to promptly, diligently, and appropriately.
  • 5. In terms of management systems for the protection of personal information, the Company endeavors to review this Privacy Policy in a timely and appropriate manner and make improvements on a continuing basis in consideration of changes in the business environment surrounding the Company.

In addition to making this Privacy Policy known to all employees, the Company shall also take measures to make it available for anyone at any time by publishing it through the Company's website, pamphlets, and other channels.

e) Procedures for Requesting Disclosure of Disclosable Personal Information, etc.

With regard to requests for notification of purposes of use from the individual or their representative, disclosure, correction / additions / deletion / suspension of use as well as erasure and stoppage of provision to third parties (referred to as "requests for disclosure, etc.) below) relating to the disclosable personal information the Company retains, the Company will accommodate these in the following manner:

1) Contact for Requests for Disclosure, etc.

File requests for disclosure, etc. to the above-mentioned Personal Information Manager.

2) Procedures for Request for Disclosure, etc.

① After receiving the request, the Company will send through the post the request forms with the prescribed format:

  • • For notification of purposes of use: "Notification Request Form for Purposes of Use of Disclosable Personal Information"
  • • For disclosure: "Disclosure Request Form for Disclosable Personal Information"
  • • For corrections, additions, deletions or for suspension of use, erasure, and stoppage of provision to third parties: "Request Form for Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Disclosable Personal Information"

② Send through the post to the above-mentioned Personal Information Manager the request forms, documents to confirm the identity of a representative when a representative of the individual is making the requests, postal money order for the handling fee (only for notification request for purposes of use and disclosure).

③ After receiving the above-mentioned documents, the Company will confirm the identity of the individual by requesting two details that would identify that individual which are included in the information registered at the Company (I.e., telephone number and date of birth, etc.).

④ As a general rule, the response will be made in writing to the individual (sealed letter).

3) Documents to Confirm the Identity of a Representative when a Representative is Filing Requests

When the person filing a request for disclosure, etc. is a representative of the individual, include documents that certify that the representative is making the request as well as documents to identify the representative themself. Information pertaining to the permanent domicile contained in the materials is to display only the name of the large administrative division, and all other details are to be blacked out. Furthermore, send materials that do not include the individual identification number of the person, or black out the entire line displaying it.
